Still kind of in shock I guess, but this evening about 5pm I lost my older brother. He had a sudden heart attack at 51, after just having a physical not 2 months ago, where they said everything was fine except for a very slightly elevated cholesterol.

He worked for our county highway department, and was called in today to plow roads after we got about 5-6 inches of snow last night.

He had just returned his truck to the county highway department, and was sitting talking to co-workers, when they said he said he felt like he had indigestion, and suddenly collapsed.

We lost our dad in 1977 at only 43 the same way.

He has 3 kids and 3 grandkids.

wow.
that sucks.
thoughts and prayers.
I lost an uncle that way many moons ago.
best of wishes to you and the rest of your family. It's going to be a rough holiday season.

Chris, Our family's deepest sympathy to you and your family. No words can express how sorry we are for you loss. Losing a loved one is bad enough, losing a loved one during any holiday can be devastating.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Words from a stranger have little impact on such a tragedy I am sure, but I am truly sorry.

Sorry ta hear about your loss Chris, smoke and prayers go out for you, your brother and your respective families.

You have my condolences.

Have you been checked out? Is it possible that there is some genetic thing going on here?

That's a shame. I am sorry to hear it. My sincerest condolences to you and all the family.

Hi Chris -

Very sad news. There are no words.

You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers over the holiday.

My condolences Chris. This is the same genetic pattern of the men in my own family. A few of us have been able to extend our lifespan with close medical attention.

My prayers are with you and with your extended family.

Michael
