Does anyone know the address of ASP products?I have an ASP sapphire light that the batteries have gone dead in,they are supposed to have a lifetime warranty on the batteries, but i dont know their address...Thanks in advance

Uh, I could be wrong, but I believe the lifetime warranty is on the LED, not the batteries!
That would be a neat trick if you could make the batteries last forever without recharging.
If you can't replace the batteries, pick yourself up one of the Photon II lights. They have a slick on switch which I believe the Sapphire doesn't have.

ASP is supposed to change the batteries out. All they charge is shipping and handling. That's how I understand it.

Photon's are better. And so are ARC AAA's.

Actually the lifetime warranty is on the whole thing. I broke the clip on two of them and sent them in and they replaced them no charge! Can't beat a deal like that. I can't find the address right now but a web search should turn something up.

"ASP will provide to the original purchaser free replacement Sapphire Lithium powers cells and crystals. To obtain replacement components, send your Sapphire postage paid to:

ASP, INC
2511 E Capitol DR
Appleton, WI 54911"

Knew there was a reason I kept the insert...

Hope this helps.
