Assault Shaker Thicknesses

I just got curious with the smallest Busse thread, so I went and measured my Shakers.

I have 2 tans, one at 0.266, and one at 0.229.

My factory bead blast one is 0.257.

That's interesting... I don't have a caliper but, my black AS is about 7/32 as best as I can eye it with a ruler.

I had a shaker that was WAY thinner than the rest.......

Black coated at roughly .275

Black ones, .274, .272 and .266 (must be a runt) , no the coating's pretty smooth on that one.

My black AS looks to be about 0.25" and the tan looks more like 0.27". Eyeballed with a ruler. I haven't gotten a caliper yet but Menards has a 17% sale going on tomorrow.....maybe it time to go shopping.
