I finally watched the CS video. The knife section was not extremely impressive but the spear and shovel section caught my eye.
Does anyone have the long or short handled Assegai spear? Is it really tough enough for repeated throwing into different types of wood, including hardwoods? I have heard of the Bad Axe breaking and the steel and heat treatment in the axe and spear are probably similar. Which spear (short or long) would be better for throwing?
Out of curiosity has anyone hunted with these spears?
