I PM'd Kevin (Spark) about this before I found out about this forum. I apologize if I have broken protocol. I just found out something that has really upset me. I bought a knife from Sweet James. I received it and posted a good review of him in GB&U, here:

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=675589

entitled: Good: Sweet James is first rate.

Ten (10) days later, it was brought to my attention that this Sweet James is Tim Noble and has been banned. I changed my original first post to reflect my anger and to state that I do NOT support a liar and a thief. I respectfully request that the thread be deleted (my preference) or that the title at least be changed to reflect my position.

I also posted a positive review in his member profile. I added further comments and would like my original comments deleted and my remarks changed to negative, if at all possible or just deleted entirely. Thank you!

As a supporting member, I really enjoy this forum. I enjoy the community and the camaraderie. I am working hard to build a good name here and I do NOT support liars and thieves. I am certain that you understand.

Again, Spark, I apologize if I sent you the PM in error. A fellow member pointed me here after I sent it. In my defense, I can only say that this incident has angered me so much, that I am eager to set the record straight on my feelings towards scumbags like Tim Noble, aka Sweet James, aka whoever the heck this maggot is.

I am able to be reached via email via my profile or by PM, if you need to contact me. Again, you have my sincere thanks.

Sincerely,

Randy Wiggins

Randy -

I don't know either party involved here, but after reading the threads, I'd say your "good" recommendation should stand. You can only judge people by how they treat you, not how you hear/read they treat others.

I've had good deals with people who I've found out later were [literally] wanted criminals. But they treated me right, and I respect that. And I don't mind saying so.

Now if you've found out that the item you received was actually misrepresented (I think someone said a Pakastani clone) then negative feedback would be warranted.

Just my $.02...

Have a good one! ;)

you can edit out your post since nothing is deleted. you might request a supermod to edit your thread title to whatever you want it to say.

I've asked and am asking the mods to change the title. It is all crap. I posted a review about a knife which isn't real. It is a mockery, a sham. I don't want anyone to be duped like I was. It was sold as a handmade knife, made by "Sweet James" in his forge. Well, that's not what I was sold. So, I would really like the thread to be deleted or at least changed to a negative and a title of "Sweet James misrepresented himself and his knives".

Thank you,

Randy

Already taken care of.
