Assistance with knife Identification

I posted this in the main forum but thought I might get more info here since I am running out of leads on who made this. Mods please move if not in the right place.

I picked up this little chopper about two years ago here on the forums. I know nothing about it but there is a makers mark as shown and nothing else is visible. I've googled until I can't google anymore. So I thought I would ask the experts. I am wondering if anyone here has an idea as to who the maker might be?

The mark looks like a three toed bird footprint and a "C" or "L"

Sheath has a different mark

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
