This is a bit of an embarrassing situation. The following fixed blade knife was obtained new in approximately 1992-1994 from a knife maker from the southern region of USA. However, all information about his identity appears to be lost. The initials are "RBR" and the blade is constructed from laminated steel. The maker was an older gentleman at approx. 60 years of age at the time.

Does anyone recognize the mark, design, etc? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Many, many thanks to several Brothers that helped to identify the maker!!! It is Raymond B. Rybar. I recognized him from the photo on his website immediately. I just had a fantastic conversation with him and plans for the commission of a few new versions are in the works.

Again thanks for the assist...
