I was wondering, are there any Assisted Opening Knives with no Safety switch?

USA made, A thumb stud, less than 3" blade length

Leek or Scalion from Kershaw both have a safety but you can choose to not use them or take thenm off the knife if you wish. A pic of mine acidstonewashed with the safety removed. I carried a Leek for over a year with the safety off and never had it open in my pocket and I skateboarded and rode bikes with it in my pocket.

^^^ Kershaw Blur is over 3 inches in blade length.

I would say get a Kershaw Leek or Scallion and take the safety off.

But here's some others:
Kershaw Baby Boa
Kershaw Needs Work

Any price limit?
If you can spend a bit:
Benchmade 586 Mini Barrage(I would go with this one, better steel and materials)
Benchmade 585 Mini Barrage
Benchmade 470 Emissary
HTM DDR Mad Maxx 3
ZT 0350, 0770, 0566, 0750 if you can go a hair over 3 inches.

Budget is $200

I was looking at the barrage for a while...but it does have a safety on the side.

I was also tempting to get one and just remove the safety....but then looking at the videos on taking it apart (potentially breaking it)...and voiding the warranty is a concern.

Benchmade Emissary. It has a safety, but it's stiff, so slide it to the off position and that is where it will stay. I LOVE this knife.

Benchmade Emissary has a side safety and the Mini Barrages have spine located safetys but all of them can be ignored if you wish. They are positively indexed enough so they should stay in the not engaged position when placed there so can effectively be completely ignored. The Kershaw Leek is definitely USA made and while it has a tip blocking sliding bar lock it can be removed in about 1 minute with no other knife disassemby required. Removal only requires a T6 Torx bit. Blade is listed as 3" but my three measure an actual length of closer to 2.9". The Leek is a light duty knife compared to the Mini-Barrages.
