A news report today stated that there would be an asteroid show of massive proportions visible in all of north america. Thousands of asteroids lighting up the sky. It is supposed to start at 9pm eastern time and go through 10 pm. So make sure you go outside and watch it in absolute darkness. Should be a big one.

yeah, they also said it was a once in 1000 year event. So there is a good chance we won't see it again.

WOW. I just came in to post this. Amazing asteroid shower. Of course I see them first because I am at 6000 ft.

Can't see squat in Toronto, clouds and light pollution.

* a lone tear runs down my cheek *

Edit: any links to articles or videos guys? I can't see nothin' can't find nothing. If google can't find me these asteroids I'm basically done.

Oh thank god I only looked out my balcony and saw the clouds, was like, F that!

Lol this friggin' guy huh?

I completely missed this, I went out side to check and it was all cloudy, oh well. I've been intrigued by the one asteroid from another star system that is passing through currently at high velocity. It does look rather suspicious . I'm not no X-files nut or something but yeah it looks like a space ship if you look at the artists impression. The actual image was just a pixelated blotch.

Cant believe you guys didn't see it. It was everywhere. But like I said I am at 6000 ft.

Darn my luck all I got was this crummy winning Powerball ticket. So much more likely, why can't I get struck by lightning?
