Assumming the edge angle is 30* inclusive (which is a common factory angle for this knife line). If the asymmetry is 66.67/33.33, thereof the left side is 20* and the right side is 10*. Save the trouble, simplifying 70/30 as 67/33 = left 20* & right 10*. Or do this math for whatever inclusive angle you want.
Sharpmaker - put rod in for 40* inclusive. Sharpen the left side with the blade vertical, hence 20*. Tilt the blade half way from vertical to the rod (20/2 = 10*) for the right side.
For more cautious approach, use sharpie to mark the bevel and start left at 17* -> slow increase the angle matches the existing angle. start right at 7* -> ditto. That said, it's easier to remember 20* and 10* than some weird blade tilt to match the factory angle.
