asymmetrical blur spine. WTF?

Hey everyone. I just noticed something that is bugging the hell out of me. I noticed that on my newly purchased kershaw blur, the facets on either side of the spine are asymmetrical. it has kind of a this thing going on | \

Does anyone know if this is normal? Or do i need to make another trip to wal-mart? Thanks
 
It happens every now and again. It won't hurt the performance, but, if you wanna take it back to wally world They'll probably just replace it. Ask to see the replacement knife before you accept it. If they won't replace it Kershaw will likely replace it for you. Let us know if you need pointed in the right direction for CS. Have a good one and much luck on getting a perfect replacement.
