Asymmetrical grind and ...

Ok, thinking cap time. When did the asymmetrical grind first appear and were there any A2 blades done in this fashion? Just curious if anyone has a definative answer. Thanks to those who know.

It's present on SH Mistresses and SH2's, which gives a high chance of it being on A2 blades. I don't think that grind was released in conjunction with a particular steel rather an improvement to the combat grade knives. Can't give you a 100% answer, but I'd imagine it's one some A2 blades.
