Just for the record, there is one Sanu Forward Curving blem left that I grabbed, though it was in need of a very thorough rehabilitation, and stashed away for a couple years. Sent an email to Yvsa last night offering to let him have it, but he hasn't emailed back yet.

I think it had a chipped blade, or some such thing, that I had to file off. I was able to do so without taking too much off. In fact, it was like doing liposuction on a cute but overweight girl. You should pick it up and feel how right it handles now. Much livelier than Sun, Moon and Stars.

But this one poor khuk had bad handle cracks, badly fitted scabbard wood, leather poorly cut and stitched, and on and on. Yvsa is the right guy to take it apart and put it back together the way it should have been from the start. And if he does it right it belongs to him because he earned it.

But that doesn't mean I won't be jealous of him!

I would have answered sooner, but we went to Osage Nation Reservation and put up a Brand Spankin' New Sweat Lodge today and then we had an Inipi.
If it had of been at our place it would have been an Osi, or Asi as the Cherokee didn't have a Sweatlodge per say.;)

But the pix I really wanted you to post was the ones I sent to you that has the purty yaller handled Honey Locust Handles I put on the kukri, karda and chakmak.:rolleyes: :p :D ;)
