In light of some recent developments here at ATC, I would like to address some of the features of our current Lifetime Warranty against "head breakage", and our Limited Warranty against "handle breakage" for our Next Generation Ranger Tomahawk.
The American Tomahawk Company warranties all of its products against "head breakage". Simply but, if you break the Tomahawk head during use of any kind, we will replace it for free. This includes MAX the Mini-Axe.
The only Tomahawk we warranty against handle breakage, crackage, or loosening during the first year of use is the Next Generation Ranger Tomahawk. To this day, this Tomahawk handle warranty is unprecedented in our industry.
Handles for our other Tomahawks are not warrantied against breakage, crackage, or loosening. At least, right now.
We are always striving to improve, and we intend to raise the bar for our other products through better materials, design, and workmanship.
American Tomahawk only has one disclaimer which until now, did not need to be mentioned, as it is common practice in our industry. However, I would like to make it clear due to some developments here at ATC.
If any company other than American Tomahawk performs structural work on your Tomahawk, such as re-machining the "eye" to fit another company's synthetic handle, the warranty is void. We cannot condone, or otherwise support aftermarket work which is not supervised by us, or covered by our insurance policies.
In short, if you want customization or repair work performed on your Tomahawk, just contact us.
