I have been lucky enough to go to a Shot Show a few years back. It was almost too much to take in. I had a great time. I was checking the date of the next Blade Show and it coincides with the time frame I will be visiting the states.
My question is, can anyone who pays get it? I think Shot Show you had to be a dealer. Does it sell out? And do the makers/ distributors sell their product the day of the show? And lastly how good is it?

Two hours later and no reply??? Shame on you hogs. I'm sitting in a cold house with no power and tapping out morse code on my phone.

Blade. OMFG you have to go. Yes it is open to the public. Even better Busse will give you free passes to get in early. Even better better you can shake the man's hand, get drunk and spend $$$$$ on Busse knives
 
It's a fantastic experience. You should try to fit it into your trip... you won't be disappointed.

What? It's only been an hour & 15 minutes! :D:D ...Get that clock fixed! ;) (Sorry to hear that you're in the dark & I hope that you get your power back ASAP, Guy.)


But yep... what resinguy said. Ya gotta go! It is KNIFE MECCA, man...the biggest knife show in the world, IIRC. If ya love knives, you should make the pilgramage at least once! :thumbup:

My smile was getting bigger and bigger as I was reading resinguys response , public, passes, early, The Man, drinking! BUSSEs! Waa Hooooo

I think I will try and work it out. I will need to find an ATL theme park for the kids.....Daddy will be right back.

When is Freaknik.....I can drop my kids off then......not really......they were here a minute ago.

Resinguy, how's your situation looking? I never really fully appreciate electricity to the air goes off. Good luck, David

Blade Show is a must for any knife lover. Hope to see you there. Knives, dinner, drinks. Doesn't get any better than that.

We will take it slow......maybe just hang out. No pressure. Just friends....Check your PMs......just kidding! I hope to see all the Busse folks there.
 
49 hours now, no power. Just refilled the generator for the night. Could be worse. We have a modicum of heat, a few lights, the fridge and the range top work, and hot water. Night all.

How good are generators. I have been wanting to buy one for a while but all the ones I like cost too much. Hope you get back on line soon. Good luck, David
