I really wasn't sure how the ATR would be until it rolled off the brown truck. Well let me tell you, I'm very pleased. This is a real hand-full, and while the scales are larger than they need to be (for me, anyway) they aren't as heavy as you'd think due to all that titanium. The S30V SE blade "snicks" out from rest position like few new Spydies I've owned (maybe because of materials, or possibly just due to it being a higher-end knife, I don't know).
Fit & finish, grind lines, edge are all 100%. Everything on this knife seems well thought-through. Reversable clip for my lefty-carry (tip up) cinched the deal. The ATR is riding in my jeans pocket, but I'm STILL gonna carry my D'Allara at work!
