Atracting sweat?

I got a weird one, always in the humid weather while outside working, I somehow attract a lot of sweat on the blade of my emersons. When I open it it is covered in beads of sweat, and it has been causing the etching to rust.

Is my body just screwed up, or is this a normal thing?

It's normal to me, just make sure you put a dab of oil on the Logo/Edge

I use a Tuf-Cloth and it's pretty effective in protecting against rust

are you carrying it in your armpit?

Is the blade magnetic? Are you made of adamantium?

In all seriousness, I'd get a Marine Tuf Glide cloth.

ETA: Sorry, the correct designation is just Marine Tuf Cloth.

I just carry it in my front pocket. I just don't do well with the heat. (yet somehow I move to the Carolinas.)

I just find it weird, because it only happens to them.

When I stuck my CQC-12 in my pocket after a 2 hour martial arts practice in jeans, a bunch of sweat immediately got attracted to the blade.
This doesn't seem to happen to my other knives.
Maybe the BT coating DOES attract sweat more.

holy crap, I just noticed that it's starting on the liners too. (I hope I'm not allergic to Emersons as well as beer)
