Attaching Handle Scales

Im not sure where to post this so mods feel free to move it.

I have an Anza Blank and I want to attach some leopard wood scales to it. Im experienced with fitting one piece handles (Ie Scandi type knives) but not with two part scale attachment.
Id rather not have to drill the tang (pins) and would prefer to use some sort of adhesive/epoxy like Anza does. What would you suggest?

I just completed my second EnZo knife kit. I used slow-set epoxy and, of course, the brass corby rivets. Any new ideas are welcome.
