Attaching photos conundrum..q

When I started using BF it took a while to finally figure out how to attach photos. An ive seen lots of other frustrated posts about photos. Well.... now Photobucket is giving everyone the shaft so I'm back to square one. If ANYONE has any solutions or good alternatives.. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate it..

Same here Rob. I don't work well with technology as it is...now this.

this is the app i use on my phone to reduce image size below 2mb that is the limit here. images are copied at smaller size and saved to your phone gallery. then upload via the upload a file button

I use an android phone not sure of the choices for iphones

or you can change the settings of your camera to take pics in a smaller size and resolution. I personally don't like doing that because it will still sometimes make them to large.

I have found with the iPhone you can take a "screen shot" of the pic you want to upload and then upload said screen shot.

the screenshot used to work on my phone as well but now only half the time or less the key is to get image size below 2mb.

Texting it to myself, save in downloads, then upload here. Lot of work but no need for an app. Good bye Photobucket!

I use imgur and that makes it super easy, especially on my iPhone. Though, I just add the pictures I've taken on my phone so I don't have to worry about resizing the photo, but I think the imgur app allows that.

To copy the link, I just hold the photo with my finger and it gives me options, you just click to copy the address, then paste it into BF's site.

View attachment 731878 I use the Image Size app. to pull an image out of my ipad library. The app. resizes it and puts it back in the library next to the original. Now you have 2 photos in your library that look alike and are right next to each other. Use Upload a File to post the SECOND photo.
