Attaching pictures

Go to www.photobucket.com . Upload your photos. Select which photos you want to post. Click the "Generate HTML and IMG Code". Then just cut and paste the codes under "IMG images for message boards" into your post;)
 
I am computer stupid and need all the help I can get.
Probably should have just got the gold, but I thought the platinum would help me more. Guess it did not work out that way--guess I am not just computer stupid-- Ha.

I'm not a platinum member so not sure how that works but, the photobucket route is very straight forward.
 
Hell-- I cannot even figure out the photobucket yet.--Please give me a break--I only work on large commercial jet airliners for a living--Are you laughing with me yet.
 
Okay, good. When you get all of you pics uploaded, scroll down on the page. Beside each picture is a check box. Pick which ones you want to post and at the bottom there is a button the says "Generate HTML and IMG Codes". Click that button. On the next page will be several boxes filled with coding. You want the code in the box labelled "IMG images for message boards". Highlight the coding in this box and copy it. When you make your post here, just paste what you copied into your post.
 
Removed the method that I described...it works but is different from the method listed above. I'll try to avoid confusing you. ;)

It's okay, Pekiti. It took me a while to figure out how to post pictures and what not, and I'm a computer major! :o . By the way, are you a Pekiti Tirsia practictioner? Just wondering....Hope it works out for ya!
 
Thanks for all the help. The photobucket deal worked. Just posted on the Knob Creek sucks thread and the picture came out. Need to work on the photography a bit--still getting used to a digital camera. If being a platinum member means easier ways to do it like someone else mentioned--would not mind trying that out as well. Like I said--thanks for all the help. Think I can get half my money back and be Gold.--Oh well--Live and learn-there is always next year.

Oh and since you are reading this--How do I put up my own Avatar(I think that is what is called).

And by the way, I do practice Pekiti-Tirsia and talked to Super Grand Hot Rod Tuhon Leo just last week. He has a great knowledge of people and how to live life and I thank him for that.

dont feel bad. before i figured out photobucket, i could only attach thumbnails, it drove me crazy. the hogs walked me through it step by step (by step, by step, by step:) ) until i got it.
 
I think I will go back and edit my post so as not to be so quotable. Thanks for realizing my mistake. All I need Is Leo showing up at my door--nuff said.
 
pekiti, you can change your avatar by using the "user cp" option at the top of the screen. Let me know if you need help resizing pics to get them down to size to fit for your avatar.
 
I have tried on the Edit Avatar deal but as now no luck--with the url box or the my computer box.

Does it give you an error message when you try to upload your avatar? Like the size is too big or something? Can be a PITA trying to get the pic you want down to the size restrictions. If you need me to resize something, send it to my email aaronjayl1979 at yahoo dot com and Ill resize for you and send it back.
