You have to delete your old ones pic by pic in the attachments section of your profile.

I think Spark mentioned attachment issues may be addressed in the server migration on the 7th(?) of July?
I just breezed over the thread about it he opened this week so there may be more to it...

I have knocked my attachments down from 6500 to 4000. It is a tedious process. Have to get to 500.

Or use a site like imgur to host your photos.
