Attempting to identify a Knife

I recently became the owner of what appears to be an older blade. I am assuming it was used for hunting due to the design but I cannot find any information on it. The knife has a leather unmarked sheath and the only stamp or marking I can locate is a thicker, cursive type font “H” with a knife laying as the middle of the H. The rear of the blade also has a grid textured area.

Good photos really help with ID .

You have to use to hosting site , like "postimages.org" or other similar .
