ElitSteel company was the first company who imported Benchmade knives to Russian Federation. We were exclusive distributor of Benchmade company for the last 15 years. During this time we increased sales of Benchmade knives and received reward Export Distributor of the year 2010. BUT! Attention please! In 2012 because of personnel changes in the company Elaeh Raphael became senior international sales manager. Without warning us Elaeh Raphael assigned new distributor in Russia and terminated our contract. By taking the promise from new distributor to double the sales, she made them promise impossible figures. New distributor does not have sales experience of selling knives this price category and as a result Benchmade sales will decrease. What factors motivated Elaeh Raphael for this decision? There is no answer. With this letter we would like to warn all Benchmade dealers about possible unpredictable actions of Elaeh Raphael. Beware.
