He's a bit busy right now methinks, with new house (?) and recovering from an op, but he should come thru for you OK

Well this is a mess. I can't blame the guy if he is having operations and stuff. On the other hand I have not heard from him in a long time. I REALLY need the cash from this sale. But I really need to not go back on what I said, even though I said two weeks and that is past. Advice?

He had a heart cath a few weeks back. His wife had her gall bladder removed this week. When it rains...
