Senate Bill 6 is in danger of being dropped!!!!
There's been no action on it since Jan 31.
It is just sitting in the House and is in danger!! We are too close!!
We need to call or email -

This is the closest we may ever get to having auto's in this state. Hell, every little bit helps.
From the amount of replies on prior postings of this bill it appears nobody is actively pursuing this!
Now is the time to STRIKE!!!
 
so this law is to remove the ban of switchblades?? so that means when the ban is removed all switchblades are legal?? if so then what is the problem?? please explain it to me because I just dont understand the problem. thank you.

The problem is that even though the Bill passed the Senate 46-1, since the first reading in the House it has remained stagnate. It is my understanding from people close to the process that when a Bill remains stagnate for "x" amount of time it is typically dropped unless attention is brought to it. Therefore Joe Public needs to speak up and bring attention to our State Rep so things continue to move along. Kniferights.org was paramount in getting this Bill to where it stands currently.
I am certainly no legal expert. I am merely attempting to help further our rights by supporting removal of an antiquated and irrational law.
