Hey KnifeBomber,

A few weeks ago I sent out a care package of reading material to your unit, and inside was a letter for you. I just want to give you a heads up.

I appreciate the thoughts and goodies for my buds. I am no longer deployed and actually have left active duty and work with the Reserves out of Patrick AFB, FL now. Even though I won't get the letter, all the reading stuff will definetely go to good people that are in desperate need of recreational stuff. Thanks again.

Thanks KnifeBomber.

Too bad you won't get the letter! I put the poster I made to advertise for reading material in there for ya. I used a pic of you from that Strider Knives article in the gun magazine. If I can find a copy of the poster on my hard drive, I'll send it to you.

yea........Ryan is a university student now!

He is gettin edicated so he can make more money than all of us!!!!

Ryan,

I am curious, why is it that you wouldn't get the letter? Wuouldn't they send it to your new place of employment? I am just wondering if maybe I ought to shoot an e-mail or another letter to the 166th and ask them to send you your letter. Please advise, over!

Crayola,
Unfortunately, the mail system still is on a space available basis, that is dicey at best. There really is no way for mail to be forwarded through the several different way stations it passes along the way. Even if you were able to contact someone over there and they had the time to track my new address down,(they don't have the new one) it still would be only even money that it would make it back to the states, let alone actually to me. Besides, it's the thought that counts. You will make a bunch of guys happy witb the reading material.
