Thanks Calyth. Good catch. Without the background information, it would certainly look like patent infringement.

BOK is correct in pointing out the thread where he though pretty much the same thing.

We manufacture the HD PowerPlier here in our facilities. As referenced, we do this with one or two other "names," as well.

Cool, now at least I know that the whole Harley Davidson line of knives and tool actually does have something decent in it, namely, the multitool
