If you have not been charged yet, be sure to call and followup on your order. I ordered mine at the end of Jan and on a whim I called today to confirm.


Their server for the CC# went down so they lost some numbers, including mine. But of course they have been calling people to confirm the orders and retrieve the CC#. Great service!

However there is a chance you may slip in the cracks, so you better call just in case!


Just a heads up, they are ready to ship!
 
That's exactly what happened. I called the shop yesterday because I changed my phone number but she(Amy or Kassi) said need payment info I told her I have already put down my CC number when I ordered online but she didn't have it. Man, I am glad I called the Hell Razor will be here next week. Yes!
 
Same thing happened with my payment info. I called and Amy got everything fixed for me.:thumbup:
