Is this any way to run a company?...
On May 21 2002 I ordered a Custom 110 from Petes Custom Shoppe for my Brothers 62nd Birthday July 6th. As of monday I had'nt heaard from CKS and since his Birthday is today (but we'll be celebrating it tomorrow)I was getting nervous that it would'nt arrive on time so I e-mailed the CKS on tuesday asking what's up with the knife I ordered? They tried getting a hold of me wed. (I was at work) to let me know they did'nt the blade I wanted but would substitute it with another equal or better steel instead. Naturally I would have O.K.d it but was'nt able to let know before closing time. I tried calling this morning but I believe they are closed..........Oh Well I'll try monday..just then my doorbell rings and a FedEx truck is outside and guess what....
I have received a package from BUCK KNIVES and In it is a beautiful BUCK 110 with Cherry Checkered Handle, nickel silver bolsters and Damascus blade engraved with my Brother Initials and date of birth.......Is this anyway to run a company? YOU BET IT IS!
Thank You BUCK!
