I inquired about the video awhile back and you said if we hadn't received it in a couple weeks to let you know. Well, still no word. Any updates would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yip, same here (TWICE, as I've bought 2 MF204s!)! Also waiting for my OTHER package from Spyderco, containing a C49 as replacement. This one's been due for a LOOOOOONG time! What kind of shipment do you use? What timescales can we expect, once shipped?
 
Me too! I haven't used my new 204 much since I bought it because I didn't want to mess up a factory edge. I figured I would wait until the video came. Still waiting!

Hi. I spoke with the person in charge of fulfilling the video requests. Many of them have went out but she did state that the 10-12 weeks turn around time that was mentioned was pretty accurate.

Heyns, I do believe that your C49 was shipped , however I'll double check and verify how it was sent.

Hang in there, they'll all be arriving soon!

 
Again Michelle, thanks for the update. I'm just getting antsy to see Sal do his thing on video.

10-12 weeks?? I sent the registration card with the request for the video off in early June. Mine ought to be showing up any day now.
 
Mine arrived 9/8/99.About a 6 week time frame. Very informative video,my wife saw it now I have to sharpen all the sizzors and other sharp things!!!!
