Sal,

I just wanted to let you know about the excellent customer service I received from your warranty/repair dept.

I sent back an Endura II and a Chinook for warranty service. After 1 month I got the replacement Chinook back but no Endura. I contacted Mike in the warranty dept. and he informed me that this model was on back order from Japan and he would send my replacement when the shipment came in.

Three weeks pass and I receive a phone call from Mike saying that my new Endura has been shipped. Four days later, it's in my hands.

Sal, in my opinion, Spyderco has the most well-informed, courteous, and all around great Staff. Everyone I've ever spoken to via email or telephone has been a pleasure to deal with.

Mike H. in Warranty/Repair, Thanks for keeping me informed about the progress of my warranty claim. Your down to earth yet professional attitude was really apreciated.

With excellent products and customer service like this, It's no wonder Spyderco has such a loyal following. :D :D :D
 
I just had Spyderco repair an early Terzoula for me. Great job
