I just bought an kumar ak about a month ago. It is not my first khuk,
I have been using a cheap one for about 15 years for all sort of stuff
until I finally snaped the blade. Loving the new khuk...
any way got some sword folks who don't think it will cut.
I have been challanged to a tatami " chop off" , any body got any hints edge sharpeing angle, stroke to make sure I get throught nice and easy( at least a time or two). I have seen the cold steel video. I'm a little worried about the ak thickness, I was thinking a thinner khuk would pass the mass just a bit easy.
