Hello Hogs and Hogettes,
So, as many of you already know, The Knob Creek Machine Guns Shoot is right around the corner. Busse Combat Knife Group will be set up at the show for the entire weekend. The show runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April 11-13. We also have a tradition of a Thursday night preshow get together. It will be held at The Golden Manor Hotel in Muldraugh KY at 6pm.
The way the preshow works is that everyone lines up ahead of time and you are assigned a number based on your place in line. We open the room for a 1 hour preview time. No knives can be purchased during the preview period. This gives everyone a chance to handle the knives and see what they like. Then we clear the room, the attendees are lined up again outside in the order that they originally were in line. While the line is reforming, the Busse crew moves all the knives around so everything is in a different place. We then reopen the doors and the feeding frenzy begins. Within minutes the room is chaos and the knives have all but disappeared.
Now for the important part. Anyone who emails us at garth@bussecombat.com and lexi@bussecombat.com and lets us know they are coming will be entered into a special raffle. The winners of the raffle will have the opportunity to purchase one knife of their choice during the last few minutes of the preview period. This will give everyone a chance to get that one knife that you just can't take your eyes off of. Think of it. Getting to purchase that one blade without having to fight the Hogs at the Trough in hopes of scoring it in a mad dash. Should make for a fun time. Dreams will be made and shattered simultaneously as the winners get to purchase their dream blade before anyone else gets a chance at it.
Here's the catch. If you don't email us and let us know you are coming you will not be eligible for the raffle. If you just show up you will still get a place in line, and you can still score some sweet blades but you will have to be a master of Trough Warfare to score the ones you want. Those who prove to have the Luck of The Hog and win the raffle will get first shot. The raffle winners will still be able to resume their place in line and continue to stomp the trough, but they will be doing so with one sweet blade already in their possession.

Oh yeah, one more thing, you must be present to win. No raffle winning by proxy. If you email us saying you are coming and then don't show, even if your name is drawn you will forfeit your chance . There is also no transfer of winning raffle tickets. You may not, trade, sell or give away your winning ticket if your name is drawn.
This will be a great, fun filled evening with refreshments on us so please plan to attend. Remember, you must email us saying you are coming to be eligible for the raffle. Please title the subject line as Knob Creek Raffle.
