  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

One of my co workers has been the recipient of several axes from me and has since kind of caught the bug. I was talking to him the other day and he told me that he was at the local, to him, Atwood Farm and Ranch and that they were stocking House Handles. He purchased a 36" single bit for around 13.00. I thought that was kind of interesting. I have occasionally purchased Link handles from the Gibsons/Ace hardware and have noticed that they are now stocking Truper, which I can't get too excited about. I usually buy from House in bulk(for me)quantities, but sometimes need one when I run out. First time I have seen/heard about House in a retail outlet.

I saw a lone "House" double bit haft at a True Value near me 2-3 years ago, but I don't know if they started carrying the or they ended up with it due to a fluke. I put a nice Warren puget sound head on it but sold it to a buddy a few weeks back as I'm trying to get rid of a LOT of tools and stuff.
