Helloooo Hanna fans. This one is over, thanks to HWF & Sturubu for the winning bids.
I have another LRK+ comin' so I'm offering these 2 up to help Hanna.
Both are 1/8" 01 steel.
Both were handled by myself & the blades of both slightly modded by me also.
Both are users so you don't have to be afraid of getting them dirty or scratched up.(I already did it for you.)
The top one has tan or natural micarta with black liners & brown micarta pins.(this is the one I had the cord wrap on)
I put a slight penetrator tip on it & in so doing, shortened it a little.(It took a couple of tries to get the grinds symmetrical.)
The cutting edge is 2 11/16" tip to plunge & the handle is 4".
It came with heat scale & I took most of it off with scotch-brite.
I do have a "serviceable" black kydex pocket sheath from another knife that I remolded to fit the LRK.(it ain't pretty, but it works for throwing in a pack or pocket.)
And this one I tried to put some jimping on for the thumb but the cuts weren't even & looked pretty bad so I just ground 'em out & made the thumb notch.(I got lucky there, because it's pretty dang comfortable as is.)
I also ground the spine down some to give it more of a spear point.(regular dips in a bucket of water kept it cool don't worry)
The cutting edge is 2 7/8" & the handle is 4".I forced a patina with mustard on this one but didn't like it so I blued it too.
The scales are orange burlap with green glow powder(by Shadetree) over orange G10.
And just for fun I put orange tritium tubes in the pin.
I made this one's handle skinny for piggybacking on another sheath, but never got around to making the sheaths & have since given the other knife away.
The leather sheath was very generously given to me by kyenglish & fits the LRK perfect.
This auction will run until next thursday the 17th of Jan.
Bidding will start at $50.00 each.
The winning bidder will send payment directly to John or Connie via Paypal,USPS MO or personal check & I will ship the knives once John tells me they have the funds.
You can contact me or John for addresses.
You must be 18 or older & legally able to purchase/possess a knife to bid.
Thanks for looking & happy bidding!
