Ran across this site, this morning. Bonhams, a UK based auction house, is auctioning a bunch of Steve McQueen's stuff, including a lot of motorcycle related stuff and some bikes themselves, a lot of movie memorabilia, but hidden in there are a few knives.
One is an engraved Buck, a gift from Von Dutch to McQueen, with an expected high sales price. You can see the site here, with this hideously long URL, which I'll also show as a tiny URL. If you scroll up and down the lots, you can see some other "hunting knives" at least one of which appears hand made, but seems to be unmarked.

If neither of these work you can always try Bonhams.com and search on Sale 14037, Lot 71. Lots of rifles, a few shotguns as well.
