Hi There All

If you haven't a copy of the Blade magazine, August issue. Then get to your neighborhood newsstand real quick. Flip to page 139, read article about the soaring prices of Viet Nam era S.O.G. knives. Figured it might be of interest to most here.

Well, surprise, surprise. Also in mention, the SOG-K Bowie and Demo. Tragically the photograph of the Flagship Bowie and Recon, has had the misfortune of the Recon being misidentified as the Demo. Typo error? I think not! Looks like someone at the editorial desk wasn't savvy enough to figure that 'minor detail'. Sad to think that a fine publication like the Blade still make slip-up's this drastic. Still, it's articles like this that gives our favorite knife pattern a real boost in terms of exposure and added interest. A good read it was for me. Thought I would share this with the old hands here.

Krizzard, out.

Very nice article and nice exposure for us. They may have had a Scuba/Demo image there, but swapped images at the last minute with the Recon Bowie. If I find out what happened, I'll let you guys know.

There's no hard feelings from us and understand that slip-ups can happen. We appreciate Blade thinking of us.
