What model would you like to see for the August Special, at special prices?

New JK Kommando 6" blade fighting dagger style with back side 1/2 sharpened. Kydex sheath with oak handles and brass nut and bolted Oak handle slabs, 11" overall (you know, it's similar to the original EK but its a JK)
August special $225

5/8th scale EDC available with matching serial number for $150 extra when ordered with larger knife,

Both knives available as single edge only for those in Dagger Free Zones

I love it! I really liked the early Ek knives.

I like the CBK idea John. Do you offer smaller size CBKs also?

The Canadian Belt Knife EDC.

Specs:

6 5/8" overall
3" blade
1/8" thick O1 steel

yup, that's the blade, 3/16 would be my choice, and I could do without the skull crusher pommel, and just a hint of wasp waist to it would be oh, so sexy.

If this becomes The August special, I'm in for the set, looks like I have an outboard sold to raise some cash.

The JK Ek styled dagger sounds like a great idea!

A little torched oak and some wicked sharp O1!

I would be intersted in a trapline or a rule #9. just my 2 cents.

I like the Ek idea, and will probably make one. I`m thinking 6 1/2" blade, 4 3/4" - 5" handle. I just don`t know whether to make the blade 1" or 1 1/4" wide.

The favorite dagger in my stuff is 1-1/16 wide. Good sized handle is important, Have you looked at the poured lead rivet method that the original Ek used? Some say that this is what made the balance to be handle heavy which is considered a good trait in a fighting knife. The soft malleable lead is also field tighten able, due to concerns of lead hazard you can be certain that the new owners of the Ek Commando Brand (KABAR) will not be using lead! I'm EXCITED!
