Has anyone had experience with Aurora pens? I'm interested in the Aurora Optima series. I like the look of the green rollerball.

It's running between $210 and $240 online. The maker is in Italy. Any experience?

I have had a couple of their lower-end ballpoints, and they worked really well.
If this is the lowest price you have seen for their ballpoint, check out
www.joon.com. they are a reliable dealership and I usally buy pens from them.
In general, the lowest prices I have found. Good luck!!

I own a few of their Tantanlum and Ipsilon rollerballs and fountain pens. They're all very well made and well balanced. I've handled the Optima, the quality is the same.

Why not go for the fountain pen instead?

C'mon . . . make the jump! :)

I have an Aurora Ipsilon FP--nice pen, though I would have gone for the Optima if I could have.
