australia

I have two, so it must be :D:foot::D

Here is a recent thread of mine in the General Forum with some smallish photos including a Buck Alpha Hunter folder (with hook) and a small Buck Mayo collaboration - http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=692691

Many camping stores have Buck knives here, and to the general public it would be one of the more recognized brands of knives that are readily available in Australia.

I've yet to come across anything more than Chinese made Winchesters, and overpriced Leathermans...then again, I live in the Sydney Metropolitan area

The new Leathermans don't use as good a steel as they used to. If you see SOG multi-tools in Australia, those are the ones to get. They use a better grade steel and seem to be more precision.

PS. some of the SOG multi-tools have two power-assist knife blades that open while the main tool is closed. Leathermn doesn't have that.
