Authetication Required??

When I go to the Emerson Knives site, a window opens up saying "Authentication Required," asking for Username and Password. I've never encountered this before on the site. Anyone know it this is legitimate or not? These "phishing" days, I thought I should check...

Maybe they have update their web-site, and want people to have a user name & password to look. I put nothing in the pop up, hit log in, and it work fine.

Irt is the weekend, maybe their IT people are doing updates.
