It's working for most people - we had a bunch of new subscriptions last night.
I need more information from you in order to troubleshoot this problem. First Name, First initial of last name, time you attempted to subscribe, and credit card type.

I've had the same probs. Amazing, since I've been a gold member since the concept started a few years ago, and now it's one roadblock after another--first "wrong currency selected" and now "error 99".
In the "old days" this was a real simple process with a master or visa card.
