Auto Ceramic Coating on top of Anodized Titanium scales?

If the title doesn't explain my question, I want to know if there would be any benefit to clear ceramic coating my new OG Goat Titanium scales?
Can I just use Auto Ceramic coat, or is there a special product I should use?

Probably not, those coatings are not very abrasion resistant. When my truck was coated in 2020 they said to never take through a car wash as it will leave scratches in the coating. That makes me think it is not very durable. After living with coated truck for a couple of years I finally went back to my old wax process and the results are much better. The coating never added any depth to the paint in my opinion.
Back to your Q, I have some Aluminium OG scales on one of my Dekas and they are holding up just fine with no additional treatments on my part.

OG Goat also said the extra coating would potentially mess with the colors...

Older post, but after just trying a couple different ceramic coatings, I wouldn't use them on any handle scale ever. They are also slippery, especially when wet or damp. Not a good thing on a knife handle.

Hmm.... maybe the blade of a knife, sword, machete, or axe when it doesn't need to be food safe though. Or the metal fittings on sheaths or scabbards. The DIY spray on, and the ones used by most dealers requires getting it wet, spraying it, then rinsing it so might not be the easiest thing to do on a wood or leather sheath or scabbard.
