I read the "switchblade act" recently, interesting piece of legislation. Couldn't find any info on penalties though, does anyone know where they are buried? I'm trying to compile a resource on federal auto laws. Thanks

This is a Federal law question, but he does have some useful info there. I found the penalties info, still need statute of limitations info. Thanks

Hey Tom, can I ask where you found the 7 years statute in the letter of the law, or how you know? And is it the same for Titles 15 and 18? Thank you

There is a section on Federal Penalities in the front of the Title section but it has been years since I looked at it. There are a few federal alws that differ, but generally Federal Felonies of the lower level have a seven year statue.
