Auto Knives

I thought auto knives "switchblades" were considered class 3 weapons? I see alot of people selling them on here. Has the laws changed, or are they taking a very serious chance? The reason I'm asking is, I know someone who has several, and has a question about a few of them.....<BFG>

auto's are illegal in some states,but in most you can OWN them,but not carry.if you are on your own property then your ok IN SOME STATES,it really depends on where you live.im not sure about cincinatti's laws.im sure if you ask someone here or in the auto forum you will get a good answer.
also,they can only be shipped IN state,not interstate.it would be illegal for me to send you one,unless i was a dealer. but,like i said if you go to the auto forum then im sure youll get an answer.

exscuse the capitalizations above,its just that these laws are very ticky and can be broken someone without even knowing it.

Last I saw auto's were illegal to even own in Ohio. The same is here in Indiana.
