Would it be illegal for a civilian to carry the Microtech UMS in New York? What about if I am a certified EMT, but not full duty?

Where can I find details on the laws regarding automatic knives.

Auto's in NY are a big no no. But if you are an EMT you could most likely get away with it, while still illegal most LEO's will tend to look the other way.
