Automatic logouts

Last night and all this morning the software kept logging me out whenever I switch to a new tab. In the past, I remained logged in as long as the browser window was open. I've always enjoyed being able to log in once and then leave the tab open or even just the window, with the ability to reopen the forum and remain logged in. The new automatic logouts are very inconvenient.

It sounds like you may have recently cleared your cookies.
Whenever I do that, the same thing happens to me.

Next time you go to log in, make sure that the Remember Me box under your username and password is checked on.

If that's not it hopefully someone else will come along to help.

I got logged out last night as well and I had the "remember me" box checked. Hadn't actually logged in for months. Seems fine now though.

No, it's still doing it and I haven't cleared my cookies recently. It makes no sense.

Everything makes sense when you have enough information.

Clear your cookies now that solves a lot of erratic problems.
It worked for me this morning when I saw a problem I never had before.
