while at a local gun show i visited my local cutlers booth.
i saw that they had just got in some benchmite clones.
these were exact clones of the blue class auto on every spec down to the celtic knoting.
after i got home, the hamster wheel started turning. and of course i swaped out the back spring.
heres the backspring compared with the red class' back spacer. apparently this is the part that causes the $100 price jump:jerkit: (aside from the blade steel)
the breakdown. you can see every dimension is downright ripped off.
(the clones come with a clip. might swap that over someday)
