What are you looking to do? The handle shapes are different between the two knives. Perhaps you just want to do a blade swap? That might work but the Autonomy has a longer blade and oddly the Autonomy 2 has a longer handle somehow (at least it is listed that way).Does anyone know if the Autonomy (orange) and Autonomy 2 (black) scales/liners are interchangeable?
I just got one, all be it used. The centering is off but no where near touching. I wonder if it is the nature of the mechanism and the internal workings? It seems quite unique.No. I don’t think so. I love this knife but finding one with the blade centered is not easy.

Yeah, I'll have to get some pics tomorrow but the button isn't spring loaded like any button lock I've seen. The button is attached to a spring arm that is part of the liner on the opposite side. It almost looks like a little liner lock. Because of this it doesn't go perfectly up and down. The button isn't perfectly perpendicular to the rest of the knife. It's been a long day so I'm sure I haven't exactly explained that right. Like I said, I'll take some pics in the morning.Cray...can you elaborate? I always just figured this was a pretty standard button lock, coil spring auto. I am interested in how it's different. I like the strange stuff.

Okay, here is a pic and a video. Hope this helps.Yeah, I'll have to get some pics tomorrow but the button isn't spring loaded like any button lock I've seen. You're Welcome! The whole darn knife is thick, chunky, and funky. I love it so far. I think I said this elsewhere but it kicks just as hard or hard than my pro-techs, which is saying a lot. Thanks man. That's super helpful, although now I may need one. It's like a button lock, a compression lock, and a liner lock all wrapped into one! That liner is thick!
