Pretty sure you would need B or Captain America for a Sneaky Pete due to the width and thickness of the handles.

Any chance A would work with a SP 4"?

The Sneaky Pete does fit it ... but the sheath was designed for an Asp or KEB.
Carrying a SP in it will have a small amount of more handle exposure than my 4"ers.
The KEB sheath is more narrow than my 4"er design - so older, rounder handles or Nessmuks will not fit in this design
Therefore, if you receive and you're SP doesnt fit it - that's not on me.

The Patch does fit. This sheath is more narrow than my standard HB-2. I'll mark it SPF for you.
